History
Founded in 1995 in Wazirabad, the renowned “City of Cutlery”, M.HAFEEZ SONS began its journey with a single mission: to manufacture high-quality, functional cutlery stands for homes across Pakistan. Located in Jafria Colony, the company started as a small yet ambitious venture under the leadership of its founder Waheed Ahmad Mughal, who envisioned creating a brand synonymous with quality craftsmanship and innovation in kitchenware.
The Early Years: 1995 - 1998
In the initial years, M.HAFEEZ SONS focused on producing cutlery stands, a staple for every kitchen, known for their durability and design. The company’s dedication to quality quickly gained the trust of local markets, laying a strong foundation for future expansion. By 1998, recognizing the growing demand for kitchen essentials, the company diversified its production line to include spoons and forks, further solidifying its presence in the kitchenware industry.
Expansion and Innovation: 2000 - 2017
In 2000, as the business grew, M.HAFEEZ SONS moved to a larger facility in Allah Jawaya Colony, where it could accommodate increasing production demands. This marked a turning point in the company’s ability to scale and meet the growing needs of both domestic and international markets.
Over the next decade, M.HAFEEZ SONS continued to improve its manufacturing capabilities and expand its product offerings. In 2017, the company achieved a significant milestone with the establishment of its own Nickel and Copper Electroplating Plant, allowing for enhanced product finishes and superior quality control. This development marked M.HAFEEZ SONS as a forward-thinking manufacturer capable of producing products with the highest standards of durability and aesthetic appeal.
Modernization and Technological Advancements: 2018 - 2023
In 2018, the company further expanded its factory boundaries to accommodate its growing operations. This move was crucial in enhancing the company’s capacity to meet the increasing demand for high-quality cutlery and kitchenware, while also providing room for future innovation.
In 2020, M.HAFEEZ SONS took a bold step towards technological advancement by becoming the first manufacturer in Pakistan to introduce the 2D Metal Wire Bending CNC Machine. This cutting-edge technology allowed the company to streamline its production processes, increase precision, and expand its product line to include more intricate designs and customized kitchen solutions.
In 2021, the company invested in a state-of-the-art advanced polishing machine that enabled the polishing of whole metal wire bundles, ensuring an even higher quality finish for its products. This new machinery contributed to both increased productivity and enhanced product quality, allowing M.HAFEEZ SONS to maintain its reputation as a leader in the cutlery and kitchenware industry.
By 2022, M.HAFEEZ SONS expanded its product range once again, this time venturing into the production of metal wire cloth hangers. Recognizing the growing demand for durable and space-saving home essentials, the company began crafting high-quality cloth hangers designed to withstand daily wear while offering a sleek and practical solution for modern homes. This new product line further diversified the company’s offerings and helped solidify its position as a trusted name in household goods.
By 2023, M.HAFEEZ SONS once again adapted to changing market trends by introducing a new product category: Kitchen Over Sink Dish Drying Racks. This addition reflected the company’s commitment to evolving with consumer needs, offering practical, space-saving solutions for modern kitchens.
